Is there a free trial?

Yes! All plans come with a 1-month free trial — no credit card required. We designed it this way deliberately: a month gives your team enough time to get properly set up, build your first checklists, and get operators comfortable with the app, all at zero cost. By month 2, you're not still figuring things out — you're already seeing ROI.

How does per-line pricing work?

You pay a monthly fee for each production line you have active in Continual. You can add or remove lines at any time — your bill adjusts accordingly at the next billing cycle.

Can I change plans later?

You can upgrade from Starter to Advanced at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to the additional features. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange invoice billing on request.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export all your data at any time. After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then it's permanently deleted.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes, you save 25% when you pay annually. You can switch to annual billing from the pricing toggle on this page — the discounted rate is applied automatically.
